ALL nomination fees, enrolled or withdrawn, will be utilized as part of UBHA’s production of the Top Shelf Shootout Futurity.
Entry fees for horses that withdraw prior to event remain reflected in the ADDED MONEY, which is guaranteed not to decrease – but could continue to increase!
If a horse is sold prior to Futurity, after being nominated/payments made, nomination will follow to new ownership and new owner will assume responsibility of taking over payments.
If an owner at any point stops payments, (regardless if due to sickness or injury) the nomination fee will be forfeited and all money paid prior will be added to pot with no refund. There will be NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
If a horse is injured & is vet-ed out after check-in while under UBHA Management care, all fees (nomination and entry fee payments) will be reimbursed.
