By August 1st, 2024 of Yearling year, colts must be nominated at a fee of $200 to compete as a 2-year-old at the UBHA’s Top Shelf Shootout 2025!
*Nomination requires completed Nomination Form, 3 Submitted Photos & $200 Fee
Expected to be near the 3rd Sunday in April of 2025 in Duncan, OK, in conjunction with the Evolution Bull Competition weekend!
$1,600 Entry Fee (85% payback)
$300 Quarterly Payments: July, November, March & final payment due 2 weeks prior to event date.
Late Entry Fee Increase:
$1200 + $200 Nomination Fee – January 1st – March 15th
$1600 + $200 Nomination Fee – March 16th – August 1st
$2000 + $200 Nomination Fee – August 2nd – January 31st
$2400 + $200 Nomination – February 1st – April 1st
$6,500 ADDED GUARANTEE

If a horse is sold prior to Futurity, after being nominated/payments made, nomination will follow to new ownership and new owner will assume responsibility of taking over payments.
If an owner at any point stops payments, (regardless if due to sickness or injury) the nomination fee will be forfeited and all money paid prior will be added to pot with no refund. There will be NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
If a horse is injured & is vet-ed out after check-in while under UBHA Management care, all fees (nomination and entry fee payments) will be reimbursed.
